The Hypospadias Condition
Hypospadias is another weird male condition. It affects about 5 in every 1.000 males and the exact causes remain a mystery. In this condition, the patient's urethra is misplaced and can be usually located near the tip or on the penis underside. In some rare and more severe cases the urethra is found in the middle or even the base of the shaft!

The only available treatment for hypospadias is corrective surgery. In most cases the final results are very good and all symptoms are corrected. The surgery can be performed during any age but surgeons say that the optimal age is anywhere between 4 and 20 months of age. In severe cases multiple surgeries may be required

- Abnormal spraying while peeing
- Decreased fertility ratio as the semen isn't deposited deep enough in the vagina after the end of intercourse
